MINDFUL MORNINGS
Mindful Mornings was created with the intent to bring like-minded professional women together to connect, collaborate and explore helpful practices that feel authentic and sustainable to our collective new normal.
Connection has never been more important to our collective sanity and has never felt more challenging to cultivate.
Weekly, we will discuss a new theme through the lens of mindfulness and community dialogue. Through a mix of learning, inspiration, and thought-provoking reflection you will gain new insights that support growth and whole living.
This past year revealed so much. It created both hardship and opportunity and tested our strength, resilience and had many of us examining our purpose. That’s why I am excited to host Mindful Mornings.
We will meet every Thursday morning from 9am- 10am PST on Zoom, so join us when your schedule allows.
